When ordering items that are in stock, the delivery time is 3-4 WORKING DAYS FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY. FREE SHIPPING IN SPAIN (PENINSULA) ON ODERS OVER 120 EUROS.
The cost of delivery will depend on the country of destination. We are not responsible for possible extra charges at customs.
Customers have 14 days to request either a return or exchange. To do so please write to info@letilusila.com indicating the reason or follow the steps indicated in the conditions sheet attached to the order or in the RETURN CONDITIONS indicated on the Webpage.
If we are out of stock of a particular item, the size will not appear in the drop-down, contact info@letilusila.com to confirm the restock date or sign up to the waiting list below each item and you will receive an e-mail when we have replacements of that size.
