DELIVERES DURING COVID-19 ….
In Letilusila Baby we work applying all the security measures recommended by the health authorities regarding protocol, hygiene and security, both in the making of the models, and when sending you your beautiful orders.

The courier company we work with, MRW or UPS, as a result of COVID-19, has implemented measures to always ensure the safety of its workers and the customers who receive their orders, and must always comply with the orders of the competent authorities. However, due to the exceptional situation, it is possible that the preparation time of your orders may be extended by several days.

We have extended the return period to 30 days in Spain, returns from other countries are not allowed….and we will always deal with you individually if you have any questions, you can contact us either by email, WhatsApp, phone or social networks.

For returns from other countries that are not Spain, you will be responsible for return costs. After contacting info@letilusila.com you can return the item(s) ordered to us by sending it to the following address:

To avoid the risk of loss or delay, we advise you to make a package with a tracking number. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Please, return indicating the order number, the returned item and the reason for the return.

Once we received the item in good condition, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the returned item by crediting your original payment method (credit card, PayPal account). Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you want to exchange the item(s) for another color, style or size, you can order directly from the eshop again without having to wait for the completion of the refund process.
